Somewhere in the vast silence of the Moroccan desert, in 2025, a nomad walking ancient trade routes looked down and saw something that didn't belong. A stone unlike the others — denser, darker, with a surface that had been kissed by fire long before any human walked this Earth.

He had found a meteorite.

This 34.2-gram unclassified chondrite had been resting in the Saharan sands for an unknown span of time, slowly taking on the warm ochre and brown tones of its desert environment — a natural patina born from centuries of wind, heat, and mineral exchange with the ancient soil beneath it. The desert preserved it. The nomad found it. We selected it.

A Window Into Deep Time

This specimen has been windowed — a small face carefully cut to reveal what lies beneath the surface. Through that window, you can see them clearly: chondrules, tiny spherical structures that formed from molten droplets floating freely in the solar nebula over 4.5 billion years ago, before the planets existed. These are among the oldest solid structures in the known universe, and they are visible to the naked eye in this very stone.

Secondary Fusion Crust

Look closely at the surface and you will notice something remarkable — a secondary fusion crust. This means the meteorite experienced not one but two episodes of intense heating during its atmospheric passage, each leaving its mark on the exterior. It is a rare and scientifically interesting feature that adds both beauty and character to the specimen.
