At Buy Meteorite LLC, we carefully prepare and track every shipment so collectors can order with confidence. This policy reflects the shipping options currently available at checkout.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. We may contact you if an address, customs detail, or product-specific document requires confirmation.
2. Current Shipping Rates
International destinations (excluding the United States)
- Orders below $120 USD: Standard International shipping is $19 USD.
- Orders of $120 USD or more: Standard International shipping is free.
United States
- Orders below $120 USD: Secure Worldwide Shipping (Tracked) is $19 USD, with an estimated transit time of 5–10 business days.
- Orders of $120 USD or more: Free DHL shipping is available, with an estimated transit time of 5–9 business days.
Shipping eligibility is calculated from the order subtotal after discounts and before duties or taxes. The shipping service and price displayed at checkout for your destination are the final applicable options.
3. Delivery Destinations and Estimates
We currently ship to most countries and territories worldwide. Availability can vary because of carrier restrictions, sanctions, local import rules, or temporary service interruptions.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather, local holidays, remote-area service, security checks, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery time.
4. Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates can sometimes pause while a parcel is moving between countries or awaiting its first scan in the destination postal network.
Please verify your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments may be inspected or assessed by the customs authority in the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other government fees.
The recipient is responsible for complying with local import requirements and paying any charges assessed by the destination authorities or carrier. DHL may contact the recipient directly when payment or additional information is required for customs clearance.
United States
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States suspended duty-free de minimis treatment for most imported goods, including shipments previously eligible under the $800 threshold. U.S. orders may therefore be subject to applicable duties, taxes, and fees regardless of order value. The final assessment is determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
6. Delays, Missing Parcels, and Damage
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, email us at buymeteorite.com@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and open an investigation with the carrier when appropriate.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will resolve the case in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Please retain the item, packaging, and shipping label and send clear photographs when reporting damage.
7. Carrier and Customs Responsibility
After dispatch, carrier operations and customs clearance are outside our direct control. Buy Meteorite LLC will nevertheless assist with tracking enquiries, carrier investigations, and the documents reasonably required to resolve delivery issues.
