A tracking number is provided for every order whenever possible.
Some tracking numbers may not update until the parcel reaches the destination country’s postal system (for example, USPS in the U.S.). This is completely normal for international shipments and does not indicate that the parcel has not been shipped.

5. Delays and Lost Parcels

We will check the parcel’s status with the postal service and, if necessary, issue a full refund.

In the rare case that a refunded order later arrives, we kindly ask that you repay the refunded amount or return the item. This helps maintain fairness and mutual trust with our customers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • The parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier or postal service.

  • The parcel has not arrived after a reasonable waiting period (usually 45 days from shipment).

  • You received an incorrect or damaged item.

Once a refund is issued, it may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.
